King of Bandit Jing is about Jing and his friend Kir (who's a bird, btw). The first episode opens up with them in a town of thieves, all of who try to break into the tower of the towns owner-like figure, trying to steal the legendary Double Mermaids. Jing and Kir go around stealing treasures, for the most part. It's a 13 episode series, with two or three multi-part episodes. The final multi-part, being episodes 11, 12, and 13, where Jing and Kir are in Zaza and are competing in the Masquerade Ball while also attempting to stela the Vintage Smile. I won't say any more about this for fear of getting carried away and revealing too many spoilers. But it's a really good series.
