I'm going to *try* and take a break from the internets. Don't know how successful I'll be.

You guys are important to me so I figure I'll be back at least once.

Yes, we all know that the spam section (especially Alchemistx's beloved Central Perk) is a fun and enjoyable place to be; but all of the other forums are feeling sad a lonely.
Spread the fun around, or I will send Chuck Norris on you and force you to post.
(Sorry, I just read Chazz's "rules" and kinda went out there for a second)

We have been online for the past (almost) three and a half years, and we still have yet to make a slogan.
I offer you, the forum member, a challenge... PM me a slogan for our little home. You can send in more than one, put please refrain from spamming my inbox please
The only rule is, don't make it Dragon Ball related... yes, we are called Dragon Ball Forums, but we're more of a community based on a whole lot of different things... so keep that in mind.
So, what do you get if you win? Bah, who knows... still haven't put that in consideration yet. Perhaps a shiny nickle? Or an autographed picture of myself (cause I know ALL of you want that, eh? :D)
Anyway, send in those slogans!!

Dear DBF members,
This is bkev reporting. Big V has handed the forum over to me, so I'm in charge. It's practically only me and The Chazz who frequent the forums, so if *any* of you are still interested in dragonball (or just want a fun place to chat), come on down! We may not quite reach the glory days again, but let's at least get 10 active members... please?

AUGUST 27, 2007: Today, Dragon Ball Forums has reached it's second year! Wow, when you think about it, it feels like it's been around longer than that. Although our community is still small, we are still alive and well thanks to you! Over the past two years, you have seen our affiliates list grow and shrink (although, more shrinking than growing). This proves just how long we have been able to withstand and survive. Many of those other Invisionfree forums that we've partnered with has since long disappeared, while DBF still remains today!
Thank you everyone for keeping the community alive, let's continue to keep our family going and hopefully get out of this slump and gain many active members!

We have now changed to a new server and will no longer be using the SurrealChat network. The new server is a bit smaller than SurrealChat, but it is still being built up. The new server is IRC-Hell/Antialab and mIRC users can connect by typing: /s irchell.zapto.org

If you do not have an IRC program, you may use a java version by clicking the "Chatroom" link in the navigation bar, or by clicking here

As you can see, we now have a new layout. You may also notice that there are a few things that need to be fixed, for the design isn't exactly at it's best. Throughout the week I will be tweaking the layout and design a new banner. However, the layout will remain how it is for now.

Also, the link to the chatroom has been placed in the navigation bar below the banner, located in front of the "help" link.
